Shipping Policy

Orders placed before 2 PM EST, Monday through Friday, are dispatched the same business day. Orders placed after the cutoff, on weekends, or on U.S. federal holidays are processed the next business day.

You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and a second email with tracking once it ships.

We ship within the United States only. Shipping is included on domestic orders, with the final total shown at checkout before you pay.

Transit times vary by destination. A tracking number is provided automatically so you can follow your package from our facility to your door.

Peptides are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped in insulated, temperature-stable packaging to protect compound stability in transit. Orders are packaged discreetly.

On arrival, most compounds should be stored at -20°C. Refer to each product's specifications for its storage guidance.

Once your order ships, the tracking number is emailed to you and links to the carrier's tracking page. If your tracking has not updated within two business days of dispatch, contact us and we will look into it.

If your order arrives damaged, or tracking indicates it was lost in transit, contact us within seven days of the delivery or expected delivery date so we can resolve it.

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not able to reroute a package once it has shipped, and we cannot be responsible for orders sent to an incorrectly entered address.
